MEET CHASE🧜‍♀️👋

Chase brings her infectious energy and a positive attitude on & off the mat. As a long-time ballet dancer and performer, Chase leads the way connecting with her audience virtually as if you are together in person.

Chase began her professional fitness career teaching barre as one of the top instructors at Flywheel Sports in two of the top global markets -- New York City and the Hamptons. Chase developed her own unique teaching style through her years of catering to enthusiasts of all levels in class, privates and event formats. Driven by her desire to inspire others, what started out as a commitment to keep her community together throughout a global pandemic, became her lifetime opportunity to create her very own virtual fitness platform in March 2020. She now teaches live every morning virtually from Cape Cod, sweating with her community from the Big Apple & beyond! 

Her method is ever-evolving, which keeps each day fresh and challenging. Chase believes practicing low-impact barre and pilates moves combined with strength training creates a well-rounded and effective program.

Beyond the physical, Chase's mindset suggests that working out can be a time to disconnect from the stresses of daily life, to focus on oneself, and to boost physical and mental well-being. It aligns with the idea that self-care is an essential component of a healthy lifestyle, and exercise can be an integral part of your very own self-care routine!

When she’s not on the mat, you can find Chase watching a hockey game, hanging with her furry nephew/golden retriever Brody or enjoying a dirty martini or High Noon with her friends! 🍸
